*New info regarding MK:Deception!*

I live in the UK, and I noticed the new issue of XBM (unofficial Xbox mag) has a 6 page feature about Deception in it. As far as I know this is new info! The number of arenas has been confirmed as 17, with all having factors such as weapons and death traps (all will be interactive).
Also, EVERY game mode has been confirmed as online! Quite how the Konquest mode will work online has not been confirmed but it sounds good!
2 more characters have been confirmed - Reptile and Raiden (I assume they will be playable but there is no solid proof), and a breakdown of the character list is provided - 6 from MK:DA, 6 Regulars and 6 newbies.
There are also some new shots (unless they are in trailers which I have not yet seen), 3 of which show Nightwolf fighting against Baraka. Nightwolf's weapons are 2 Tomahawks like the ones from MK3. In one of the shots (but not in the other 2) it looks like Nightwolf is wearing a ninja like mask. It may just be the lighting and position (or me being stupid lol) because like I say, in the other 2 it shows him without a mask.
There is a new shot of Sindel in her Alt. costume (I think) fighting against the purple costumed woman who is thought to be either Li Mei or Kitana. The shot doesn't make it any easier to decipher who it is but I believe it is Kitana.
The next new shot is of Baraka fighting a dark ninja. Instinct tells me it's Noob but some parts of his outfit are grey like Human Smoke's outfit. I'm pretty sure it's Noob though.
The last new shot shows Mileena taking on Sub-Zero in the arena with the swinging bodies, but there is one quite close to the screen this time (this one might be old, but I never look at the arenas!) If this is all old info, please don't flame - this is my first post!!

reptile and raiden sound interesting, though the validity of that is strongly under question. its not that i dont believe you, i dont believe the magazine. afterall the german mag didnt report totally accurate info.

and i'm also a little curious to the character breakdown. 6,6,6? perhaps tha is just the imediately playable fighters?? coz there are already 10 confirmed classics and 8 newbs.

17 stages sounds awesome.

I think this info may be solid becuase it has an interview with Boon after the article. They also say that they have spotted the names in-game. I see what you mean about the breakdown of characters - it doesn't really fit in wiith the solid info we have. I'm just typing what it says lol! A new bit of info i didn't see before is that there may be friendships/babalities in the game but only for a few characters. Any thoughts/views would be appreciated!

Well I dunno, the number of characters goes against what we've been told. But hey, the made a change in the number of characters in MK:DA didnt they. Who's to say it wont happen again.
I always thought Reptile might return/ lets hope Kitana too.

If someone suggests a way then i can try but posting scans is illegal on these forums ain't it? I have a scanner so I could put the pics sumwhere but I don't have a website Thanks,

MK Kitana- I agree, I hope they bring back Kitana. I think the woman in the pictures who is thought to be Li Mei is actually Kitana. It looks just like her!!

Reptile was the second character in being confirmed who would appear in MKDeception (first it was the Dragon King), but his role in the game has not been confirmed, and nor either if he will be playable.

Well I cant get the trailers to work on my computer so i cant say either way whether its Li Mei or Kitana. But The difference between 'Dragon King Armour' Li mei, who is purple/pink and having her completely change to Blue is a bit suspicious. i agree it probably will turn out to be Li Mei, but i hope its Kitana. We can all live in hope. Nothing wrong with that.

if u go 2 daves mk site where scorpio has a gaq database thingy with all the mkd info you can probably send him scans and he can put it in his fact book

Not all the costume is blue, her "cap" are purple.....

GOOD! If Reptile and Raiden are back, that will really make me feel better about this game. I like both of them. (though I hated Reptile until DA, in which he was bad ass) If this is true, I'll be a tad less critical of the select screen. (hey, I'm still upset, but it's a good start! Go Raiden!)
