It is the England issue, but is available at your Barnes and Noble now! It costs 11.50 but IMO its a great read and great pics to go along with it! Below may contain SPOILERS, so read at your own risk...
- The Information -
- It explains Scorpions Fatality. "One fatality for example sees Scorpion ripping the arms off his wavering enemy and beating them to death with the wet bloody ends." It is related to the Itchy and Scratchy cartoon for inspiration says ED Boon.
- Only the losing combatant can comitt suicide.
- Friendships/babalities are rumored as well but are only expected to go to one or two characters, if they even appear at all.
- 17 total enviroments, each has distinctive elements whether weapons or deathtraps.
- 24 total characters(Raiden and Reptile are now mentioned.)It says 6 regulars, can this screw up our system of who fits where?
- Most characters are going to be unlocked through Konquest mode.
- For Konquest. " You start off as a 13 yr old boy and play through up to a 60 yr old man. At the end of it all you can use your character in any game mode, and should be completely different depending on how you choose to play through the game."
- " In this game mode where you'll also be able to unlock all of the chararacters, hidden costumes, new backrounds, fancy weapons, new moves, and so on. The developer was a little bit miffed at how easy gamers found all of the Koffins in DA and as a result has decided to make of of the goddies rock-hard to find this time around. Don't blame us, it seems liek you asked for it"
- Pictures-
-Some of the pictures featured are the ones we have seen time and time again such as Ermac getting kicked through the top of the temple ready to plumet to his death.
- Other are an overview of the level with the giant egg featuring the sword in the middle.
-Barake performing his blades of fury move on a blocking Nightwolf.
-Ermac using his weapon( an axe which has a flame effect while in motion) against Hotaru(holding a staff with a blade at the end(simmilar to Shinnok))
-Nightwolf appears to have 2 tomahawks for his weapon as seen in multiple pictures.
- A picture of the mystery man in black and grey is featured(You get to see his whole body and to me I reall do believe that it is smoke, but information has said he is neither human or cyborg)
- Conclusions -
In conclusion for the high price i payed for thsi magazine, i found it to be well worth my dollar especially for those who havent seen the Game Informer(like myself). It ha other cool features such as a look into X-Box 2, along with it's gams(very very very impressive!) It has a nice looking picture of Scorpion on the cover, incase anyone is wondering. So go to Barnes and Noble and pick this baby up! thanks for reading MK247
