Hey, just a heads up, you shouldn't make people dig around so much to find the topic you are linking to. I had to fish aound for a few minutes to find the actual interview.
For those that had the same trouble that I had, here is the real link:
Prima Official Guide Interview with Jason Wilson
What a coincidence that I know the autor of the book. He used to come into the game store I worked at in North Hollywood CA. (Game Dude) to buy ventage games. He's a hardcore collector and a hardcore fighting game palyer. Years agao, he begged me to sell him my blue, developer model PS1. That thing could play bootlegs and imports. I gave in after he made me an offer I could not refuse. The last time I spoke to him was at E3 2006 and he was still working for Tips & Tricks magazine.
Peace

It had to be taken down for a moment or two - my apologies. It's now located on the front page.

MALONE! what's up dude. Nice to hear the guy has alot of experience behind him. I may actually buy this guide.
"TRMK: Okay, another question: Will Character Endings be included in the guide or will that be something players will have to go through on their own?
JW: Nah, that is something they will have to see on their own, have to have some type of reward for finishing the game, you get to see something that may take awhile to get to! "
SUPER UNLOCKABLES!!!

"the meat of this game is really the balanced Vs. Mode gameplay."
"Green Lantern is a very "balanced" character at the moment."
LOL, So out of all, he's the one who's very Balanced? What about the rest?
Guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of infinites Check finds. I will be looking for stuff as well.

Yeah, He has some pretty decent skills in Street Fighter, and Tekken. He was at E3 06 talking to Ed Boon at the same time that I was talking to him. We both explained how stupid it was to make the throws blockable. We also stated that there should be a throw escape for the unblockable throws, but we all know how MKD turned out (no escapes).
I trust his judgment reagarding character balance. He's the type of guy who gets a little annoyed with over powered characters, which he can recognize very easily.
Peace

Did he have an alias? I was highly competitive in Tekken for a long time (and also interviewed Boon at E3 2006), but I've never heard of this guy. I'm not doubting his abilities, I'd just like to know who he is since I assume I'd know his alias before I'd know his real name.
