It might not necessarily be noob it could be smoke or scorpion like people were saying before in the thread about the new information. If you look at the face, it looks similar to scorpion's facial features in MKDA.

But there is only one ninja that wears all black, that is Noob Saibot.

Color doesn't make it official, they probably just wanted scorpion to have a variation in his looks.

I don't think it's Scorpion...I'll stick with it being Noob Saibot.

So if that's Noob then is Smoke still confirmed or was Smoke being confirmed because of that pic?

I'm sure Smoke will be in MK:D. I just don't think that picture is of Smoke, but of Noob Saibot instead.

well i certainly hope it's not johhny lol... it's probably noob but could still be smoke just revamped look for MKD... could be scorpion as well but i think it's more likely noob or smoke.. but im not saying it's definately any character till we know more.... i'd prefer it to be smoke just to have another character but if it's someones alt well than looks cool... why is noob white now? i don't know... why would scorpion wear black... who knows.... we'll know more soon enough...

I would love to see Scorpion wear black, but I have a strange feeling that picture could be of him, but I'm not going to embarass myself by saying it. Anyone is a possibility right now.

You can clearly make out the dark skin in the 2nd pic. So they are not the same.

You guys have heard of alternate costumes before right. That's what it is according to Konqrr, and he hasn't been prooved wrong yet.

key words "alt costumes", not alt genetic makeup.

Granted, the white skin is a little strange. Look at the eyes though.

I found the second outfit strange too. Why does it show him having skin? I though he was like a shadow. I thought his skin was black.

Yeah, the glowing blue/purple eyes pretty much give it away. Scorpion has white eyes that don't glow.

Ok guys, you are getting ahead of yourselves. The pic of Noob in all black doesn't reveal his skin. He's wearing black armor, and black cloth to cover the rest of his body. Personally, I like the new look, more.

Take a closer look at the pic, he has YELLOW on his arm. on another thread someone said their was an all black alt. for scorpion that did not make DA. And it is not smoke because their is a pic of smoke on mksecrets.net

It could possably be Smoke. I have an MK Trilogy guide and I saw a picture of Human Smoke, and the colors were very similar to those.

Well, I'm in the chat right now, and the ops say that midway sources confirm the character to be Noob in his alt. So if it's Mr. Cage posing as Noob, that's cool. All I know as that right now, that black ninja is the character known as Noob Saibot.

Well, its definately noob saibot now, no discussion anymore.

BTW, its impossible for johnny cage to be noob, and i mean literally.

If it is an alternate,its a reskin. Look closely at the two pics UltimateRyu posted. Every feature on their bodies' is exactly the same but the color.

I'm guessing its a beta pic or the 2p color for his primary outfit like the characters in MKDA had.


BTW: Noob isn't Johnny Cage. I doubt Johnny Cage would kill Goro after he went good. I remember hearing rumors that Noob was Reiko or Sub-Zero in MK4 because he shared traits with them, which equally unfounded. Noob Saibot is Noob Saibot and no one else.

Besides, that looks like something Scorpion would
