As of now people are still unsure, it remains to be a reoccurring srgument between people, sorry but all you'll get anywhere right now are peoples opinions. I think it is the new character Skab but as I've found out plenty of other people will argue the other position so its up to you to decide who to believe.

People believe Noob and Skab are the same person just by watching one of the MK:D trailers, which show Noob dress in a costume similar to that of Skab:

That is a pic of Skab not Noob. They were confused because of the same stances of both characters in the beta version of the game. Skab and Noob are two completely different characters to appear in Deception.

There's more than enough proof to back up that is the person known as "Skab."

His alternate is featured in many puzzle kombat photos.

They said a long time ago theres no such thing as Skab, thats Noob Saibot......altho it'll be cool if that was skab and they shud give noob a cooler shadowy look, like the dementors in harry potter 3

Fear not, I come in peace. But there is no real source that has confirmed that was Noob. Someone has been badly bullshitting you.

And if anyone else truly believes Skab is a myth and the above render is of Noob, give me one source with any real credibility that says Skab was just a misunderstanding for Noob's alt costume? A German magazine informed us of his presence, and a British magazine provided a render of Skab. And beyond that, both Skab and Noob were shadowed on the E3 select screen. But if you guys want to believe Skab is Noob, then knock yourselves out. I'm sick of this argument.

Because one fansite says that Skab was just an alt for Noob, people blindly believe it. Awesome. Have fun.

Who exactly is 'they'? 'They' say alot of things that are simply just not true. 'They' say things without any proof what-so-ever.
