I think that in the end of MKD Shujinko will fail at attempts to beat the DK since MK7 is going to be a follow up to MKD i believe and the DK will konqrr all realms fulfilling his quest (FINALLY the bad guy wins) but not for long becuz in the follow up there will be a force powerful enough to stop it all the gods will arise and stop the threat which means fujin will return and raiden along with the other gods of whatever.

Orr if they do defeat the DK in this game apart of his soul still livez on and a new threat (the last threat) arrivez and they hav a new mission and he will be a worthy opponent to destroy
