Well I have the strategy guide and they list I believe all the pro moves for each character(or am I wrong and these are only some of them?) Scorpion's pro moves are easy just right after inputting his teleport move u do the same thing again.

I suppose timing matters alot on some.

Batman's double baterang is down,forward X, and then down,back Y.
