It's gonna rule. The only drawback is it might take the team a bit longer.

Well, you say you can't wait, but you're about to...a veeeeeery long time, considering they told IGN it was going to be released by the end of 2004...so you've got over a year and a half ahead of you. Of course it will take them lots of time (I mean, they do need to make the online worth the effort instead of making everyone log in fight once and then go back to the loading screen)...and since they now have proved they can make a decent (very, indeed) game engine, we can trust that they will develop an even better one this time around.

i woulnd say "its gonna rule"..we dont know anything about the fighting system yet. how do we know its not gonna play like "tao feng"(the worst fighting game ever imo)

but i have faith in the mk team. they know they have made mistakes in the past and hopefully will do everything they can to prevent that from happening again.

but the end of 2004? thats a long ways off. but even though ign said it would be a while before we get anymore info, i bet we get some info sooner than we think. cause it will probably have the same graphics as da. the may just do new animations, arenas, characters, and do the fighing system from scatch.

and i dont want all the info all at once. if they give us a pic of a new character...thats it. i dont want his/her name, bio, fatalities, etc.
and dont release the guide before the game. wait a few days. give people time to find stuff on their own. and if theres dvd content on mk6, i hope they show an updated mk history, a indepth look at the making of mk6 (better then what they had for mkda) and i hope they have one about undiscovered secrets form past mk's. that would be cool. if they dont have enough space on 1 disc, double it and make it 2 discs. you can have the basic game and extras on one, and the online play on the other.

2004 is a ways off....but like mkda, the time will fly. i mean shit, look what we got this time last year. e3 was gettin ready to hit, we had all kinds of info...and it doesnt seem like its been a year.

I can't wait for online play. It wont be the same as playing MK2 and 3 in the arcades but it will be pretty close.
The Replay-ability of the game would increase dramatically...Too bad MK:DA can't be played online.
