The pic of Mileena in Playboy is nothing special. It's the same old render that they use everywhere else. Check the official deception website if you want that.
The topless pic with the sais over her boobs is an easter egg that's in the actual game, that you unlock from one of the koffins. (One of the few that's not a secret character/arena which is actually worth opening) You can find it on the net, but it's usually fuzzy, or of otherwise poor quality, so if you wanna see it, I'd just recommend looking up the koffin and unlocking it yourself. (And frankly I don't want to know what you'll be doing by yourself after that. *Shudders*)
Now I honestly don't see why, if they had this render, they didn't give this one to Playboy, since it probably would have made way more sense, but *shrugs* oh well.
