Please help! Areas in Konquest that are inaccessible?

Certain areas in Realms of Konquest are restricted, at least initially. (The White Lotus Temple in Earthrealm, some of the islands in Chaos Realm, two villages in Outworld) How in the blue hell do you get into these places? Can someone please help me?

You cannot access certain areas till after you have gone through Konquest once after the story part is over your free to go everywhere.
