Seriously... People say you have no skills if you throw. The damn game is just about all 50/50 mixup. You block low you catch a mid or overhead attack... You block high and you get a low attack or a throw. It's called basic mixupo and its a big part of deception.
Here are some ways to aviod throws...
1. Dash back
2. Duck
3. Jump back
4. Dont stand and block in one spot.
Let me give some exapmles of throw setups so youguys can look out for them.
1. People like to go for a throw on wakeup. Watch out for it and also watch out for a sweep. Some people actually know what they are doing and will mix it up.
2. Some characters have some normal moves that leave them extremeley safe and close to the other guy. For instance liu kangs standing 3 in his first stance and scorpions stand 2 in his first stance. If the other guy blocks he cannot retaliate after those moves which leaves them right in your face while you come out of block animation. They can easily just wait and throw or sweep for an easy mixup. This is how mk works now people!
3. People will read your mind and study what you do (hardcore fighters). They will come at you with some mixups and make you block happy which leads to free throws. Once the guy catches on to the throws (if he is smart enough) The other dude will mix his ass up with more 50/50 high low games.
Mk deception is a very simple game to learn if you are a hardocre fighting game player. Hardcore like playing in tournaments and stuff. Nothing is cheap and everything that works is a valid tactic. Please stop complaining and try to learn the game.
