Sindel still rules Edenia doesn't she? Unless they plan on killing her off at the end of Deception and going along with your story, I doubt he'd rule with her. Maybe he COULD become prince Liu Kang or some shit but I doubt Sindel will die soon. As for what I think will happen, I believe that one of the characters in Deception, will become the new boss in MK7, kinda like Shang Tsung and Quan Chi becoming the DA. Who knows, maybe one evil character will become powerful as fuck and be able to take the throne in Outworld. I dunno why, but I have a feeling Liu Kang might become a sub-boss or something, under the control of the boss. I do have the feeling that Sheeva will return, playing a role in the next MK game, on the evil side of course, trying to destroy Sindel. Maybe in this game, Raiden will finally be destroyed, and the rest of the good side will have to go on without him. Either that or something will happen that doesn't allow Raiden to continue being on Earth with the rest of the mortals. I do believe that Mileena will still be around in MK7 but Baraka, I doubt it, and same with Nightwolf. This is hard, considering that the game hasn't even been released yet.

Mileena or Tanya will take the throne and crown of Edenia.
Sindel might only "die" and will be later discovered alive, she will loose the crown.
Kitana might die, but this time, there wont be any ressurrections.
Jade will probably play a role with Sindels and Kitanas story at the same time.
Scorpion will hopefully not die (again) and defeat Quan Chi. I hope he stops that.
Baraka will loose battle VS Mileena but live.
The Dragon King will WIN the battle and Mk7 will take place both, Earth (mainly, Mk3 style) and outworld.
Liu Kang will finally go to heaven.
Something about Reptile will shock us.

Kitana - will die setting up a return for RAIN
Liu Kang - Will Become his old self
Raiden - Will Hand the job to Fujin for good
Baraka - Will Stick Around
Tanya - Will Stick Around
Jade & Sindel - will merk mileena, LOL
Bo Rai Cho - Hopefully he'll Sit Out
Kabal & Kobra - will be in it
Kira - turn outs to be really a red dragon member,
allowing mavado to return
Noob & Smoke - Subby will bring smome back to the lin kuei, and ashrah will kill noob
Quan Chi & Scorpian - will go into mk7
Shang tsung dead....
Ermac & Kenshi - will be there
The Rest I Dunno
Returning caracters in mk7 will be hopefully
Rain, Sektor, Mavado, Shao Kahn, Fujin, Sareena, Kung Lao, Kai, Drahmin & Of Course some new caracters...
Shao Kahn - coming back hiding out, suprise the dk, and kahn will kill the DK, cause i dont think the allignment of good will be able too, but kahn will suprise attack him, and put him out for good, taking where the dk left off, setting up mk8... wow, this sounds good, i hope this happens

The Sektor clan (sry cant remember name) vs. Lin Kuei is a big plot that i feel is being left out. Since the fight over the medallion sektors been gone. I think hes going to come back, and perhaps, fitting with mk style, he would have some larger force backing him.

The Dragon King will survive and conquer Outworld. He will then set his sights on Earth.
Tanya and Baraka will screw Mileena out of Edenia, making her go solo.
Kitana will either kill Sindel or be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Edenians, causing her to give up the throne.
With Kitana giving up the Edenian throne, Jade will be left in charge of protecting Edenia from Tanya.
Shao Kahn will return to reclaim his throne from the Dragon King.
Liu Kang will do something important and his soul will rest in peace.
Scorpion will find himself becoming a crucial role and he will be forced to finally choose a side.
The return of the Black Dragon along with the rise of the Tekunin will cause a massive war on Earth involving them and the Lin Kuei and the Red Dragon.

I think:
Shijenko: He will beat the Dragon King and become the next "Chosen one" as Lui Kang's soul becomes free.
Scorpian: Will finally have his revenge.
Radian: Won't be much of a factor this time around.
Sub-Zero: Helps out the good guys, then comes face to face with Sektor setting up MK 7.
Sindel: Saves Kitana.
Mileena: Possible death will be her outcome.
Baraka: He will have a major role setting him up for the next game.
Ermac: Side show warrior. Nothing big will happen to him.
Smoke/Noob Saibot: Something will split these two up setting them up for the next game. However, I think Smoke will somehow be one his own next game.
Kitana: Rescued by Sindel.
Lui Kang: His soul will finally rest with Shijenko beating the Dragon King.
Kira, Kabal, Kobra: Surviving black dragon members for the next game. Wouldn't suprise me if one of them dies though.
Ashrah: Will be back next game. Not sure what to make of her.
Dariou: Most likely will fall in battle.
Hotau: Survives to fight another day.
Kenshi: Side story character. Nothing big will happen to him.
Nightwolf: Possible survivor of this game. Not sure what will be his outcome.
Shang Tsung: A shadow waiting to come out of hiding next game.
Quan Chi: Dead, if not now, soon.
Jade: Will most likely survive and be in the next game.
Sonya/Jax: Saved until the next game. I think they are sitting this one out.
Mavado: Saved for next game.
Tayna: Will most likely fall in this game.
Sektor/Cyrax: Saved until next game.
Shao Kahn: I have feeling he is waiting to take back what's his, with help of course.
As for the rest, time will tell.
