hmm im seeing a bit of a foreshadow and its very possible.. To see Sub-zero and Kabal become allies.. Since mavado runs the red dragon and is the enemy of the black dragon.. And kabal was once a black dragon and also mavado took his hook swords, which makes kabal and mavado enemies and sub-zero and mavado are enemies since quan chi ordered mavado to destroy the threat of the lin-kuei... So the idea of an alliance between sub-zero and kabal looks very likely..
any thoughts?

Hmm maybe. I just hope they don't make them a tag-team or anything like Noob-Smoke. Imagine Sub-Kabal or Kabal-Zero furious

I think that if a Black Dragon/Lin Kuei alliance were to happen, and it's possible, that it would be kind of a loose one. I'd see the Black Dragon becoming a "Punisher" type vigilante group. Doing good in the world but by doing very violent and terrible ways to do it. The Lin Kuei now being the goody-goodies they are under Sub Zero would probably find their position as an ally somewhat distasteful but would fight alongside them anyway under the old saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
Sort of like the Soviet Union and the rest of the allies during World War 2. The Soviets were a massive and greatly needed ally but once the war was won they suddenly looked towards their former allies as potential threats due to differences in philosophies and governments.
After maybe the Red Dragon is possibly defeated the two clans may look at one another as potential enemies in the future due to their different philosophies on how to deal with evil. An "MK Cold War" you could say.
...Well, that's what I would like to see. smile

I agree. I think Kabal and Sub-Zero might somehow join in battle to defeat the Tekunin and the Red Dragon.
Kabal will reform the Black Dragon, just like Sub did with the Lin Kei.
I think there is potential.

well it seems some of u dont really understand wut im trying to portray.. I dont mean the black dragon as in when kano ran it.. I mean KABAL, kabal isnt the dark person he once was.. he doesnt look to bring justice in violent ways.. he can reform the black dragon since kano was the only member left and make it the way sub-zero reshaped the lin-kuei.. and Also I meant as in sub-zero and kabal possibly doing some team work against mavado and who ever but not in game like noob smoke... but the clans would def come into play.

I can see this happen but how can they become allies when the last known member and leader of the Red Dragon, Mavado, is locked away. I hate when Midway does this. They introduce a massive and succesful clan storyline in one game and in the next game they completly erase this storyline. My point is what's the point of them becoming allies when they're enemy is locked in a prison. But Queve's statement got me thinking:
The Lin Kuei and The Black Dragon vs The Red Dragon and The Tekunin.
