I think that people with long reach weapons have a good chance of winning since they don't need to go close up but since he is so big it is easier to get comboz off of him.

So I think i would try and beat him with Ermac since he doesn't seem slow or too fast and I could just picture him beating the shit out of the DK but his specialz wouldn't work of course ebcause i doubt you will be able to levitate the DK.

For a girl I would of course use Mileena becuase she is just a great character and I haven't played with her since MK Gold i think it was but it was for like a few minutez. And her Sai's should have some great jabbing comboz.

i think kabal will be great against the dk. hes pretty fast and has the best kombos. plus he has those kick ass hook swords.

I'm thinking Sub-Zero for his powers of ice *ice+any reptile=pain..* or Scorpion (just because he met the Gods and I believe he might be 'the chosen warrior'...)

Of the initial 12, I'd say Ermac or Sindel. Ermac is supposedly pretty beastly, and Sindel just plain kicks ass.

Baraka likely. Most of his specials will be physical (non projectile etc) which usually are the most effective against bosses.

FOr example, he is great against Motaro in MKT.

It's hard to tell how the DK will play though.

If Sonya was in Deception, I would kick the DK's a$$ all over the arena with her Tae Kwon Doe style. I don't know I am just awesome with it. But she isn't in it, so I would have to say Scorpion because he is awesome and he has the spear along with just a bunch of awesome moves.

I doubt you'll be able to spear the DK on account of his large size but I can see how using Scorpion would be a good idea. His sword style in MKDA was great and his special moves were very effective if used correctly. I'm hoping you can spear him.tongue

The femmes! All are quick and deadly and will most likely have no trouble in taking him down. I'm thinking Jade and Tanya mainly as they are the fastest MK females.

As of the 12 we know probably Sub-Zero. I wonder how long he stays frozen, I remember MKII when Shao Kahn didnt stay frozen to long. If not, then it will be Nightwolf for me.

i'm gonna say nightwolf. just because i think that charge tackle will be EXTREMELY usefull if Dk is on the edge of the stage you can knock him into those spikes, also he had taht REFLECT thing, if Dk starts spitting out any fireball shit he can reflect them back
