I play MK2 on my PS3 24-7 and was looking for a way into doing a tourney and ran into this site gamersaloon.com Anyone ever try it? I just joined and for 6 games of MK2 I mad a couple of bucks... hmmm... I might even consider this as a part-time job. Check out my stats there. Well if anyone else joins and willing to put their money where their mouth is, lemme know what your handles are on there... and dare to play me ::insert evil smile here::

mk2 might be 'fun' online but fuck man its fuckin 15 years old or more....FUCK MK 2D games right now.....or any other 2D game. they were fun when we were young but now they get old.

i hate how it moves and the animations....mk2-3 was so cool when i was 7-12...but i just cant get back into it.

Wow, who doesn't play a game because it has shitty graphics? MKA's graphics are practically garbage compared to some of the other PS2 titles that came out around its time.

Kids these days and their upbringing in fancy new graphics. That's why all the old games actually are fun compared to today's games (Excluding Tekken DR and stuff... >_>)

I doubt your grandparents used to play MK2. Your parents and older cousins, probably and most likely, respectively.

Anyway, your post just now was pretty much was what I meant in my previous post of the younger generation getting spoiled with having the new stuff.

I bet you probably don't enjoy the NES, say it's the worst system, and consider maybe the 360 the best system ever.grintonguewink

Oh, and Booya, I'm surprised you'd say fuck 2D MKs.wow The only 3D MK I see being worthy of being called good is MKDA.

Ya i know man im 21, i should love oldschool mk games,and i DO like them i just got bored of em after so many years,MKD was the funnest mk game of all time,do too it being the first mk too get ONline play.the comp and fun level on that game the first year was insane.i miss it and i know alot of other ppl do too.


Who knows maybe if i played MK2 online id change my mind but i doubt it.i just dont think its that great.


I lost a year of my life too MKD,haha

I know I'm late as fuck with this but....
L2D and Booya- You to are thinking of MK2 the wrong way. You shouldn't call it "trash" or whatever because its old. Like y'all said it came out YEARS ago of course the grahics are goona be bad. I used to hate on MK2 as well but now that I've played it, its pretty fun (even though I haven't played it in forever because I'm hooked on TekkenDR)
