Quan Chis realm was just a concept in konquest.
It didn't make it in the final game, it isn't in konquest, an arena or anything to do with the chamber of artifacts.
It was just an idea.

And you must be the guy who has a freind, that has a cousin, that has a daughter, that has a freind whos older brother works for Midway, and they said you could unlock Quan Chis realm, because there was concept art for it, so it MUST be in the game, right?

Just because there are concepts for something doesnt mean they are in the game. There are quite a few concepts which never made the final game. Theres even a semi-Kitana concept which the turned into Mileena. Doesnt mean Kitana is in the game (unfortunately). Concepts are ideas by the producers, used to give u an idea of what they were thinking of putting into Decption, and future games.

Thats true, Quan Chi's realm might be in a future game (although the idea is pretty bad) there were many concepts of dairou in DA, yet he wasn't in DA, then he showed up in Deception.
