question bout sujinko and raiden

does anybody know where to get sujinko's ice blast i looked in the orderrealm in building F-5 between 9 and 11 and didnt see it. I also cant unlock raiden, I trained with him in outworld at E-3 but I did not get the key if anybody knows the answer to these questions can you tell me thanks.

To fight raiden you have to go to orderrealm after you beat konquest...beat him you unlock him...his alternate...is in edinia...beat dark raiden get the alt...shujinko's I'ce blast is in orderrealm although it appears at a certain time
forget what it is...but it's in this forum, that's how I got it
