Question on how to find the ninja star....

Well ive already beaten konquest and gotten most of the stuff, i just need the ninja star. Can I still get it? and if so, where can i find it?

its only in the village, the boy who is looking for his brother because his brother is lazy and is asleep in the woods, when you wake his brother go back to the first boy... dont remember which brother it is but one of them gives you the ninja star.
