Raiden and Noob Saibot may just have something in common now! Is Boon hinting at maybe a Noob story?

Okay if you have seen the new videos, you will see that Raiden is now all black. This is most likely from draining all his energy to try to defeat the dragon king as mentioned in his bio. Now there is another fighter who is all black (no not Jax err) but that is Noob Saibot.
Could of Noob possibly been very powerful and drained his "energy" in some sort of task?

Well, Noob's alt costume broke one of the bigger misconceptions of MK. The only thing that's black about Noob Saibot is his costume. Beyond that, his flesh is vital and white(in a healthy way).

I don't think a connection will be made.

I think Raiden is black because he got burnt.

I think Noob is black because Midway is lazy and unimaginative when it comes to hidden characters and they just wanted a quick "mysterious" character so all black was an easy way to go.

That doesn't mean they can't develope Noob's look into a retroactive plot element.

I dont think they have anything to do with eachother Noob just has a black costume Raiden is undead/charred. Noob is still living and breathing

They have nothing to do with eachother if they were alive they probably wouldn't even know eachother existed

Noob is from a dead realm, thus he is neither living nor breathing.

We have no proof yet that Raiden is undead. For God's sakes, he might just be charred.
