My guess is that this is the mission where rain is seeking assylum. Go to H-8 in Edenia, talk to Jade, she'll ask you to lure Rain there. Then go speak to rain again. He'll reward you with nothing... Serves him right. Go back to Jade's hide-out at H-8, and she'll reward you with a mengled Rain, and some koins for your help.
