Yah i would like to see rain with his lightning bolts and his controling baal thingy. It would also be cool if he would finnaly be unmask and not a ninja because there is enough ninjas. I think the number of ninjas right now is just right, no more no less.

I never cared much for Rain. The only ninja I disliked more than Rain was Khameleon. Because we've gotten so many characters that I do like confirmed, I guess its okay to have one I dislike added in as well.

I wouldn't mind seeing him unmasked. That way we'll finally see what he looks like.

Given a more devloped story, and a unqiue personality and outfit. I would say yes. But they should make rain not resemble anythign close to a ninja... Ermca as of now is sorta still on ninja territory. But Rain should be totally different, an alt ninja would be acceptable.

Rain would be a great character, even as a ninja. The costumes, even between the ninja characters, vary enough to make me happy.

I would also want Khameleon to make a return, pending that Reptile *IS* the Dragon King and an unplayable character.

If rain was to return, i always wanted him to be a knight. He could return, join edenia again, and become the general. He could look like a knight, or maybe some kind of old fashion army guy with dark colours. Rain with a mystic sword, or chain maces would r0x0rz.

True, i was going to typed that about him being at knight. but not with a sheild just a sword as his weapon. later.

To be honest I never really studied the ninjas from UMK3 enough to actually like 'em. I guess I'm still with it on Sub-Zero and Scorpion
The other ones are still cool too, they'd be cool with totally different outfits and I can see that MK is totally doing that in Deception.

I'd like to see him come back... as a ninja.
I'll probably get flamed for this, but I just think... THey'd screw him up otherwise. I haven't seen all the pics yet, and It's sort of hard to tell if Noob is even a ninja so far, so really we only have 3 ninja's and none of them look anything alike.

I say, bring Rain back, reveal his story (as it was sort of mystery before if I remember) and give him unique abilities, nothing like before. I want to see maybe a move that screws with the players controls in a sort of, messing with their mind type way. It could like revers the controls or something, making them kind of a sitting duck, but giving them the opportunity to get away if they are good enough.

I would also maybe like to see Rain as more of a brute force. He was abviously powerful with his roundhouse being able to knock people to the otherside of the screen, maybe give him slower fighting styles but have them deal a lot of damage (I don't want to see that kick back in 3d though).

Give him a spear as a weapon, one of his moves could be (wether the spear is in or out) he would plant the spear and spin kicking the opponent kind of like Neo in Matrix 2 when he's fighting all the guys in the park. Then let him keep his lightning move... just because it would be weird without it, but I don't know if it should juggle him.

Maybe that's stupid, but I think it would make him different enough from the rest of the ninjas without screwing up his image... I just always kind of figured he was probably the most natural physically powerful ninja... don't know why.

I'd bring Rain evil than before if anything. With a new look, too. I'd like to see him getting away with killing Kitana in his ending as well.

Yes definitley bring him back, Its a bit sad that they havent mentioned anything about him, especially since theyve already brought back people like ermac, sindel and nightwolf. I would much rather see rain return than ermac personally but thats just my opinion

Rain had a potentially good story (he was a long lost friend of Kitana or something from before Edenia was Outworld) but he was just another ninja in the eyes of many. If they brought him back...meh...I guess I could live with it. Just hope he's unique.

i thought Rain was an awesome player, I didn't care that he looked like the other ninjas, mainly because he was so easy to fight with and had a cool storyline!

With Ermac back, I think we may see Rain, if not in Deception, then in a future MK game.

Definitly Rain should be brought back. and I also think he should remain as a ninja because he looks more better and deadlier.
