Rayden's allies?

Why does Rayden only have two allies, Liu kang and Kung lao? he's the thunder god, shouldn't he have more allies(Sub-zero,Scorpion,Kitana,Jax,sonya,ect.)?

Of course they're his allies but these two are the only ones helping him in Deception so you don't want to full out the list with every good person.

Probbly because they are dedicated to the forces of light and such more so than the others... And Rayden is also correct, some liscencing problem in earlier MK games.
