The Xbox version shows Scorpion, and the PS2 version shows Sub-Zero! The look identical to the backrounds from the wallpapers, with the Dragon logo behind them.You heard it form me first. The X-box version is called Kollectors edition and is out SEPT 9th, while the PS2 is called premium and is available OCT 4th.

Edit: it appears you can have either Scorpion, or Sub-Zero. Gamestop have both sub and scorp on their Collectors EDitions. Take that for what it's worth though. Mk247

Most likely a couple months after they are released so your best bet if you want to wait for the sale is wait or juust buy it now or just buy the regular version but this game I wouldn't be able to wait another second for soooo by NOWWW lol

Gamespot now offers them too. The date is Oct. 4th. Sept. 9 must bea typo because it doesn't make sense.

Man, I hope they put this on the News Front, I would crap myself if I saw my name on thatnk to MK247 for the heads up. I would feel all tingly inside. As for me I dont knwo which one i like better. I think the Scorpion fits X-box and Ps2 is better fitted with Sub.

well i hope the september dates are true. but i hope midway isnt rushing this game out like they did with DA. i want it to be the perfect MK...even if that means keeping it untill october. and i dont like the covers either. id rather have a cover sumthin like the Halo 2 special edition case http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/243597.asp

Wow i love them both but I'm getting the PS2 one wow I hope it comes out on the Sept. date my b-day is sept. 2nd so I'm just on time grin grin

Thatll be one of my gifts go to the mall pay all the money for deception collectors for PS2 n the strategy guide or I'll use gamefaqs.com if i need SERIOUS help

Ok. I just called the toll free number that EBGames has in the Contact Us section. He said that he doen't believe that the Sept 10th date is correct. He said he is going to send it over to their 'web site team' to investigate it. He said just to check back on the site to see if it changes.

So take that for what it's worth.
