Hey everyone I figured out who Reiko is.
Now if you look at Reiko's alternate costume in MK4, you see that it is purple. On his Bio, it also says he is a general. Now wasn't it said earlier in MK Trilogy that someone was the son of a General? That's right, REIKO IS RAIN'S FATHER!!!
This also explains the ending. You see in MKA Rain is killed by Shao Kahn, Reiko may just have simply avenged his dead son and taken Kahn's crown for himself.

1) Don't mix the storylines of the movies and shows and the Malibu comics with the storylines of the games and Tobias' comics.
2) Reiko is NOT edenian.
3) Who cares if Reiko's alternate costume is purple? It's not a big deal.
4) In Rain's MKT ending, it states that his father, an Edenian general, was KILLED by the hands of Shao Kahn!! If Reiko was Rain's father, then he would have already been dead!!
