Hey.
If you remeber correctly a while ago "someone" (can't say who - he beta tested MKD) took some videos of MKD - they are/were on SycloneFX's site, and one of them had the Krypt and one of the graves had Sareena in it, and trust me it wasn't a trading card...
Now, I rank Sareena's chances reasonably high for he to be a super-unlockable.
She also has a very storng story and it has massed alot of potential - Sub-Zero and Sektor and the possible rivalry between her and Ashrah, as Ashrah is after the Brothers of the Shadow (?)
Sareena has NEVER been in a "proper" Mortal Kombat Game yet (excluding Mythologies and Tournament Edition) but we can use her stories from those two games to intergrate them with MKD, she has alot of potential and deserves to be immortalised in 3-D along with Sheeva too.
Comments? Suggestions?

How is this a spoiler? Don't put spoiler unless it REALLY is a spoiler. You don't have any proof to back it up. Find pictures, videos, or links to articles and then you can consider it a spoiler. Just to answer you, I would think she might have a slight chance, her and Sheeva in 3-D wouldn't be bad, but hopefully they thought up of new styles, fatalities, moves, and combos for them, and not give us shit like Mokap and Blaze (he wasn't a bad character, just had no fatality, no real good moves, no original styles, and no weapon).

I agree that Sareena has a lot of potential with her storyline. I also think She should be given a chance and that her appearance in MK:TE was a way of introducing her with a little bit of story instead of just firing her in with not much info on her.
Theres also a lot of speculation that character who were originally intended to be in the game will appear as super unlockables. As far as I know Sareena was intended to be in the game orignally but was dropped for someone else, much like Fujin was driopped for Rayden, Kitana was dropped for Jade and to add to the story/bring in Sindel.
I think she has a very good chance of appearing and Id love to see her in a real MK game.

Yikes. You don't have to be mean. :)
Anyways... my thoughts on Sareena.
The actual screen taken from the game with her on it, says "Sareena Render". That doesn't mean that she's 100% in the game. If it said BIO or ALTERNATE costume, then I would get hyped up.
I do agree that she has a lot of potential. She's a character we really don't much about as of now, and that added mystery makes her oh so fun.
About the render. It looks to me to be the exact same render used to promote MK: Tournament Edition. It's not that much detailed, and she looks exactly the same as before.
I'm not saying that it's not possible for her to be in the game - I'm just saying, don't rely on this one render shot.

I wasn't trying to sound mean but if it came out like that then my fault. I say things straight out so whatever. Back to Sareena, you're right. People saw renders and Kards of Sonya and thought she was confirmed for MK:D and then they realized that she's not. Some people still fail to believe it though, but oh well. Face it guys, we won't know who's in here until we actually go through Konquest. We already know who the 24 are, but the identities and the amount of the super-unlockables is unknown and will remain unknown until we get through Konquest.

well like i keep saying, on the official trailer on the official site, there's a girl who looks an awful like her in the puzzle fighter segment. she's fighting kira and something explodes and makes them both fly in the air. she's wearing what looks like Sareena's costume and has dark black hair, and has the red/black scar thing on her face. take a look at the site.
