EBgames is offering an online coupon to get "free" 1-day shipping on pre-orders for MKD. If you've already pre-ordered it, you can simply cancel your order, then re-order it, then use the coupon code.
Note: Even though it says "free," they'll still charge you $3, but that's still better than $9.99.
