In MK:DA a movie of scorpion warming up is shown, and he is able to shoot fire out of his hands like Liu. Do you think that he will have this abilty in MK:D?

No, enough people have stolen moves from Liu (Kung, Sonya) and plus they turned that into his hell firemove instead.
