I for one really dug Scorpions ending, being tossed into the salnado of human souls by Moloch and Drahmin. Well I think a good scenario would be for Scorpion to fight his way out, returning with a decomposing look. Like he had been ripped apart and stitched back together.

The storyline for Scorpion this time around would be to return to face Drahmin.

The look of Scorpion

Scorpions backside would be anything but pretty. His spinal column would be visible with tuffs of skin hangin and dangling.

Front side, Scorpion would have his rib cage visible, along with knee joints, knuckles with shreaded peaces of the ninja spectre, yellow costume. His mask would be pretty much ripped with his skull being visible with skin hanging and dangling. His jaw would be visible, along with teeth and a missing eye socket. The other side of his face would be the link to the old Scorpion.

Movements
Scorpion would move slower, definitely feeling the pain and torture. He would be hunched over, breething heavy, with steam emitting from his mouth.

I would really enjoy to see Scorpion brought to life that way. It would just be gruesome. :)
