I saw a video and screenshot of him in action. I can't remember from where. I believe he used a cheat of some kind. Or maybe that was a promo. I dunno. And I also saw a human Reptile in the streets of one of the tracks.

I know. I unlocked all the kart renders. but if they made a render... and i saw a video... what am i supposed to think?

they probably took him out for time and space they always do that.

This is no different from the sketches of The Swamp and the Swamp Bird demo they had in MKDA's Krypt; just because it was there doesn't mean it is.
Sektor in Motor Kombat and Reptile randomly popping up on a track were just ideas that didn't make the final cut.
