I met him durint the day as well in some trees by a bridge and a waterfall
anyway i havnt finished his mission yet, hell, there are alot of missiosn i have probably forgotten about and there are some that just wont let me complete them.
such as giving tanya the map of the cave, and giving one of shao khans guars the letter from raiko or one of those dudes.
also i found a bloody dagger in order realm , anyone know what to do with that?
also does anyone know what to do with the mysterious key, or the "key found on dead body"?

His mission is super easy... Just talk to a guy outside of Order Realm's Pyramid. A guy that walks around out there will give you the parts you need.

i have not been able to give the map to tanya, I am not sure if it is a bug, but you can no longer talk to her, just fight her.
i got the letter from reiko and i don't know what happened after that, but i went to shao kahn and he continues to tell me to look for reiko. The only thing i noticed is that reiko says show it only to one of shao kahn's soldiers. i tried that too and it didn't work.
you can use the bloddy dagger in the order realm in front of the jail cell, there is a guard standing next to a guy who is sort of pacing. give the dagger to the guard to prove that the guy he is with committed the murder.
