So far from what we know there is an 8 x 3 grid the first 2 x 3 and last 2x 3 sections are blank the middle 12 are filled in. The known characters are (listed left to right, top to bottom) Scorpion, Baraka Mileena, Subzero, Hotary, Nightwolf, Bo Rai Cho, Sindel, Ermac Li Mei, Ashrah, Kenshi. So that leaves 12 blank spaces to be filled. Missing comfirmed characters are (screenshots) Noob, Ben. Other characters are Dairou, Kira, Smoke, Kabal, Lui Kang, Sektor, Tanya, Skab, Raiden and Jax. The only thing that I can make an educated guess on is that I believe the character in the 2nd rown 1st column is a robot I presume smoke, but can be certain. I hope I can try to make this out with your help.

these photo's were released during E-3, which was a while back. There have been at least 4 threads pertaining to this subject. I think its been exhausted...sorry bro!
