I've been trying to get on MKA online with my PS2 but it says its unavailable. im able to get to the login screen but thats it. has this ever happened to anyone and what do you do?

I've had that happen before, but not recently. Once it lasted for 2 days. Why does this happen anyways? Is it that gamespy is simply crap? Or is it my ISP that's the issue?
