I think the question is obvious, since everyone would wait like 3/4 months after the release date to have better characters, stage and second Fatalities. The thing is most of us understand that, if Midway wouldn't have rushed them into the actual deadline, that would put MK's future at stake, since Midway would most likely go bankrupt. They needed MKDA's sales money to keep on going. I mean, it's too bad they rushed it, but I guess that also gave them space to improvement for MK6. Also, now they have more time, and more stuff prepared for it. And considering that MKDA wasn't that bad (except for Drahmin, Mokap and Quan Chi's Fatality), we got a pretty good bargain.
