It's strongly rumored from a few inside sources that a new shokan will be in MKD. It hasnt been confirmed or denied yet.

It was confirmed at one point that Goro's brother, Durac, will be playable but with the way things change in making this game; hell anything can happen; I think that would go great in the story line since Goro killed his brother to inherit the thrown; now that Goro (the good guy since MKDA) is dead, Durac (evil - prob. happy his brother is dead like he WAS) he can take over the thrown as the new Prince of the Shokan!!!

Well, it probably wont be but if it is Goro's brother then his name should be Durak because they actually stated that in the animated movie.
