Hell yeah he needs to be back in. I was disappointed when he wasn't in MK:DA. I didn't really like the robotic look on him.

As I have previously stated, only if they REALLY end the palette swaps. I mean, Scorpion and Sub-Zero were only similar on the outfit (although the color differs), but when it comes to Scorpion, Noob Saibot and Smoke, they were basically the same. Ok, Smoke was faster, and Noob was even faster, but the moves were basically Scorpion's...

They should come back, Smoke mainly, but with whole new movesets. I mean, Smoke can still have a Spear-like thing, as long as they make it look different from Scorpion's Spear, and they don't actually make it a spear. Maybe one of those cybernetic stuff, he throws and then it wraps around the adversary.

About Noob, they should really make a whole new moveset. Come on, he's made of shadows. That gives nearly no limits about what they can do with him.

Also, they MUST conceive whole new outfits for them both if they want to bring them back. Like Smoke can be a mix between pure Cyborg and Sub0's Lin Kuei outfit, and Noob should have a fully new outfit, made from scrap.

I say just bring back smoke but totally revamp his caracter, move him away from the scorpion/sub-zeroesc costumes and fight styles

When it comes to Smoke, there is no way he can return as Human Smoke, he's already a Cyborg. Could you really imagine a cyborg transforming back as a human? I don't. Even if it was possible by the time the character's thought about returning Smoke back into a human his human body would be decomposed. The only way the creators can bring back Human Smoke is if MK6 takes place in the past, before MK2. But I take it MK6 will be the sequel to MK.DA

As for Noob Saibot, if he ever returns I don't know if Ed Boon could use Noob Saibot's full name since John Tobias no longer works with the team. He might return just as Noob, unless Ed Boon buys the name Saibot from John.

It would have made a lot of sense for Noob Saibot to be in MK:DA, since Quan Chi killed Shinnok and Noob Saibot worked for Shinnok. He would have been another character against Quan Chi and they could have teamed him up with Scorpion. As for Smoke, he probably could have been in MK:DA as well since he is Sub-Zero's friend and ally. He could have joined Sub-Zero in the newly reformed Lin Kuei clan. As for MK6, I really don't see much of a reason as to why they should be in there since the game's story will most likely focus on the Dragon King.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the Dragon King shows up in Reptile's ending... He bursts out of the egg in the Lava Shrine. It was his army that Quan Chi and Shang Tsung were trying to revive with souls and whatnot... (The mummified "Undefeatable army")... Does that help any? He is never actually shown. It just says that the dragon king has returned.

I do too. What if the cyborg side of him wasn't fully cooperative with Smoke, and he would have electrical reactions, sort of like Cable has with his arm.

If he was hit on his cyborg side, he would have a short electrical spasim.
