should Martial arts reflect ethnicity?

I was wondering, in MKD, do you think the fighting styles should reflect the ethnicity of the fighter? For example, Scorpion could have Japanese Martial arts, while Sub-Zero would have martial arts that from China.

well not really now martial arts are in all the world.

Sort of, yeah. Older fighters (eg: Kitana) should have older martial arts, ninjas (eg: Scorpion) should have "ninjutsu" martial arts, and military (eg: Jax) should have melee combat skills. Some things don't make sense to me at all.

It should represent Jobs not ethnicity.Scorpion the one ninja in the game should know ninjitsu.Jax should use military fighting styles, just as sonya.Lin kuei should use various martial arts styles seeing as how there memebers are so diffrent in terms of background. Outworld fighters should be using fighting styles that are somewhat alien and unfamiliar.Limiting martial arts to a certain group based on ethnicity is wrong.
