I think MKTE would fit perfect on the next-gen system's.All they have to do is add everybody from MKDA that was left out in MKTE.Plus we will get to play as Noob Saibot,Sektor, and Sareena.Maybe they could add some new fatality's to some charcter's(especially Quan Chi),I would love to see the Kombat Tomb in full 3D also.so what do you think?

Maybe if they sold it as the greatst hits like they did with VF4:EVO otherwise I wouldn spend an extra 50 bucks for three new characters and a tag team mode.I wouldnt be suprised if they brought it to the next gen consoles because almost all mk games get updates(UMK3,MKT,MKG)

it would be useless. It would be another "upgrade" and most people didn't like those upgrades in the first place. MKDA for the consoles now is great as it is. Sure it doesn't have noob, sektor, or sareena... but those 3 alone wouldn't make a game so much better. And when you said "kombat tomb", you meant "The Armory" right? That stage would look pretty sweet in full 3D. But, eh... maybe ur wishes will come true in MK6.

i really didnt care for the whole "tag" idea..sounds too much like tekken. mk has had a 2 on 2 option before..you just could switch fighters in the middle of the match.
i hope the tag mode doesnt make it into the next mk cause it will seem that they "stole" from tekken..and mk doesnt need to take any element from any game, it has always been able to stand on its own.

In my opinion, it would be a waste of time. Midway should just focus on making MK6 a great MK game and a great fighting game.

I really wasn't all that impressed with either the added characters or tag mode. So I'd have to vote a big ol' no.

i would love to see mk:te for like the ps1 maybe, tag team is great, because you can manipulate, and the ai is perfect, because you can manipualte again, survival is superb, once again you can manipulate.
so paying 50 bucks, hell no, paying 15 bucks, hell yes

Waste of time, Boon should just focus on what really matters... MK6!

It could be a good marketing strategy to bring MK:TE to the big systems; give the consumers something to pass the time with between now and the arrival of MK6. If they sell it at a decent price, it could bring in some extra revenue. It seems to work well for the "Pokémon" games...
But if they had to cut-back on producing MK6, then it wouldn't be worth it.

absolutly if they add more characters in, like say the characters they left out of mkda that would be cool

Most Definately, and with all the characters that were lefted out of the GBA version, and a few more items in the Krypt, then it will save me having to buy a GBA!

So you want MKDA with three extra characters, two of whom are palette swaps, and a few game modes?
We have a place for things like that - sequels. MK6 will undoubtedly have MORE characters, MORE game modes, and a stack of OTHER new innovations.
And worst idea of all time? Try Mortal Kombat: Special Forces!

Yeah, I agree with you, so then no MK:TE should not be released on Next-Gen systems, because MK6 will have the characters from that game as well as all the ones from MK:DA, a few new ones, and maybe some from past MK Games.
Never played Special Forces, but heard/read it is one (the only) of the worst MK games ever!

I think it should be a expansion like grandtheft auto london 1969 was to grandtheft auto use MKDA like a boot disc and use TE as the disc witch you can play the game with only those three characters and see the character bios under krypt and see there endings with raidens awsome narraration and can unlock new bonus costumes and could see what sektor looks like

The MK team were the first to come up woth the idea to sell cheap memory cards to upgrade charracter rosters. THat would work just fine.
