Nothing against Forden, but what about an actual movie composer for the next video game? I mean music from someone like Danny Elfman can really add a dark note (no pun intended) to the series (which it needs). I've been told the music I use in my animations (Danny Elfman) fits the mood quite well.

I'd rather have music that one can really get into or one that gets a player really excited. It would be nice if Dan Forden could work with...

Nobuo Uematsu
Yasunori Mitsuda
Harry Gregson-Williams
The composer of SC soundtrack
The band that composed GGX2's soundtrack
The composer of Evil Zone's soundtrack

It would be nice if he could work with one/some of the above artists. It would be video game music history if they could all work together.

I hope that Dan Forden will change his music style to fit a SC kind of tone. Jumpy and exciting, yet dark would be excellent.

Well, one can always dream...

I like Dan Forden. He's got his own special style, it'd be hard to imagine MK without him. It would be interesting if he collaborated with Nobuo Uematsu, though...

Incidently, does anyone know who the composer/s are for the Castlevania series? All I can find out is that some guy Michiru Yamane did the somposing for Symphony of the Night. Did he do anything else? And who was the original?!?!
