Sindel's new Weapon and Li Mei's New fighting style.

Ok in the second vid It shows that Sindel has a Naginata (Sp?) for a weapon. I am very pleased about this because I was wondering if the bladed staff would make an appearance and now I've got my answer. I know we've seen screens and vids of Mileena w/Liu he Ba fa, and we have just written it off as beta testing so it might not be permanent. but in the second Vid we see Li Mei challange Bo Rai Cho for a chess spot and when she shifts into her fighting stance it is neither Baji Quan(though she has this) nor Lui he ba fa...It's a new stance for her. And when We see Mileena in the puzzle combat deformed as she is you can tell that the style she is in is not Liu he Ba fa or Baji Quan...So maybe they have taken LHBF from Li Mei for Mileena and let her keep Baji Quan and given both females two totally new second fighting styles. Which is cool with me I don't care if Li Mei doesn't have LHBF anymore. The new Vids are amazing and show just how much MKD has improved over MKDA IMO. What are your thoughts?

didn't see the second one yet .. but just posted about Sindel .. in the first trailer she looks to have Kitana's Eagle Claw fighting style .. Glad to know she doesn't have Kitana's Fans.

Omg, those videos are sooooo HOT! I can't wait for this game to come out and it sucks that they put us thru this sort of torture hehe... Sindel looks great as well, and i c that she has some of kitana's moves, even better... i ruled as kitana lol.
Li Mei i have to admit is not bothering me anymore, now that i kno that she and mileena will be totally different characters "phew" ^_~

Yes, it's nice to know that a small piece of Kitana has returned. LOL, Mileena and Li Mei have ALWAYS been different characters. They just happened to used the same weapon, and have similar tastes in the colors that they like. But that's it. smile

If it is Sindels weapon, then I hope she'll use it well. I'm glad she doesn't have the fans.

As for Li Mei, those styles may not be final as like you said they are testing the styles. She could easily have her old ones back. However something new for her might make her better. Hopefully, whoever gets her old styles will have better moves for them.

Li Mei still has Lui He Ba Fa, in the first trailer she uses her 3,3 kick combo against Ermac (I think it's Ermac) and he gets knocked into a window.

hmmm that escaped me...but in the chess game shot she get's into a fighting stance that is neither LHBF or Baji Quan.... I'm confused now. confused

Actually there's a pic of it on the MAIN page of this site with the news, if you click it it will bring you to the video page, but you can see in the pic that she is in a completely different style.

Ohhhhh, I see now. She does that strange pose after clocking Bo Rai Cho in the face with a kick. I'd bet that it's just a generic thing that the fighters do in the Chess game. That is strange though... Maybe she has three hand to hand fighting styles instead of two and a weapon?

Hmmm, I hadn't condsidered that. Perhaps...now That Mileena has the Sai back, they chose not to give Li Mei a weapon? I would be kind of dissapointed if that was the case though. Maybe it's all just testing, perhaps none of these fighting styles are set and they were just testing her with a different style?
