THat would be pretty tight if he came back but in normal human suit like when he was friends with sub. He looked awesome!! But he looks cool as a cyborg 2.

imo,if smoke does kome back i think it should be in human form.

He should only come back in human form, he was at his best in human form.

Yeah he was cool in human form when he had the exact same moves as scorpion and I could have swore there was something different about his costume from the other power rangers...

he could come back with a costume like a ninja grim reaper! with smoke powers! and be as combo fast as skorpion but with stunning awesome special moves like subzero and dominate!

What about Human Smoke?

It would be much appreciated if someone could point out one benefit of having smoke in MK6. The original smoke was Scorpion, except gray, with a bit of a speed boost. The upgraded smoke was just another robot except with slight modifications to scorpions moves. Looking at it, there is no point to having smoke in any other mortal kombat games because he would need new moves and a new look and that wouldn't be smoke. So why not instead of creating a new character with smoke's story, create a new character with a story that can actually go somewhere. Just my 2¢

well he needs to be brought back just take rain and any other ninja besides scorpion, subzero, and reptile out. those 4 are the coolest and theyve been around long and become a staple of mk, it doesnt have to mimick all the other fighting games or have radically different characters hell i know the mk team were lazy at first but whatever, the ninjas are cool anyhow they can be lazy its mk, give smoke an extra cool fatality hell the ninjas always been the coolest and what most people pick.

smoke has a good story, he was part of the lin kuei. and since sub is rebuilding it, smoke would be a great new recruit!! sub, frost, sareena, smoke, and maybe one more (a new person) they catching up with the special forces.

One of his moves that midway could give smoke could be called "smoke screen". What it would do is cloud the vision of the fighter that your up against for moment. It would be kind of like what sonya's move for mk5. It just needs to be a little more aggresive. Its just an ideal.

yeah bringing back smoke is an option...
however wouldnt you rather see the return of a former mk character in that slot? (eg: baraka-hes not exactly a favourite of mine but i know other people would sure want him back instead of a scorpion wannabe)

i just beat mkda with mavado. quan chi told him that the red dragon needs to defeat the lin kuei before they can take over earth. yeah so- subzero can deffinitely use Smoke's help in mk6 if the red dragon plan on waging war against the linkuei

All this talk of smoke.. don't you know smoking is bad? All joking aside though, what would te point of Smoke returning be..? Sure in Mavado's ending that is said, but think about all other character endings.. Sonya being killed by Kano.. Frost dying.. Liu Kang inhabiting the body of Kano.. the endings really do not tie into the story line, they all somehow cancel one another out.

But with the thing about the endings said, it seems useless for Smoke to return. Just like it would be useless for other past character's to return. I.E. Baraka, Rain, Ermac. They all really do not tie into the story at the moment. Throwing them in would just lead to ALOT of confusion.

But.. it might be cool to see them all return.. what about Sindel, Mileena, etc..

I liked Human Smoke. They should bring him back.

Why, oh WHY do people like Human Smoke so much?
Human Smoke was a grey Scorpion with LESS MOVES. What was so special about him? And don't say the story cause if he came back without his ninja costume and different moves, everyone would complain. I just don't get it. He did have a cool story but it wasn't GREAT. I could think of a few MORE ORIGINAL characters that would be better to bring back. But what I want to know is, Why do you all think he was so cool? He was a copy of Scorpion, only he didn't even have as many moves. And his fatalities were just dumb.

Nope i liked him better than scorpion way better storyline... he's always been a favorite of mine... and he should be back period..!

i actually liked human smoke better than scorpion, and u know if he is in mk6, he ISN'T just gonna be a copy of skorp. he will have his own moves and his own look! smoke is a lin kuei, thats mk kontent rite there. he can be subz' personally body guard. and besides, it will add another elemental character to the game. we have raiden with his lightning, sub with his ice, blaze is fire, smoke is well... smoke! and noob is shadows. peace

I think they should do something like torch or inferno from soul calibur. Have his whole body smoke and you can barely see his face that would be a cool look this way there not rehashing scorpions look. They should at least keep the spear and give him and entire new set of moves so he plays diffrently that scorpion.

Ok, I did admit that he has a cool story, but why do people keep saying it needs to be Human Smoke??? That's what I don't understand. He was a copy of Scorpion and had less moves. If you like the story, then it shouldn't matter what form he's in. Why would you like playing as Smoke in the earlier games when he had even less moves????
