by request i ask for this thread to be close to prevent clutter i was informed by someone else and i blindly made a thread reguarding smoke when there already was one so i request by any mod that this be closed and thank you in advance.

The thread doesn't necessarily need to be closed. Just because there's one thread about Smoke, doesn't mean it's the same topic.

I say this mostly because I think Smoke is the most controversial MK character at the moment, maybe rivaled only by the undead Lui Kang. Nobody can agree what he looks like, and he easily has the most speculation of any character.

I think it would be best to keep this thread opened in the long run.

I Liked both Cyber and Human Smoke. As long as there is a hint of smoke coming from him and he is named Smoke, I am cool. Elemental, Cyber or Human.

I think it's stupid for people to argue because of an hypotectical look of smoke...we didnt saw any image of him yet...we don't know what happened to him between mk3 and mkd so we cant really say if he's gonna be human or cyborg...I would prefer a human...but no one knows...let's wait

As much as I miss Human Smoke I'll just be glad Smoke's in at all ,it seems the only ninja missing now is Rain(Purple Rules!)I don't really care what he is because I have no say in it,if I don't like him when he makes his appearence ,then I won't use him.Simple as that. And what's this elemental crap? They said he'd return as something unexpected.UNEXPECTED! You've already seen:Humans/Humanoids ,Demons ,Gods ,Specters ,lizards vampires ,elemental characters(Sub-zero).Try thinking of something new that has never been seen in MK ever.For all we know Smoke is just the outer armor of his robot form brought to life somehow. I'm not going to get into my theories ,I got some pretty wack ideas.

If any MIDWAY characters pop in we need a Pic and an explanation on Smoke cause i think everyone is pretty much saying the same thing and we need some closure

I hope Smoke doesn't looke like Cyrax in MKgold the cyberbody with the human head.I thought that looked stupid. I'd be interesting if he was in human form wearing the outer armor of his robot form.

One of my thoughts on the Human Smoke code and how it fit the story was that ,when the Lin Kuei caught Smoke and Roboticized him it didn't work completely and his Soul remained which enabled him to transform into his Human form if the need arised.

I'm kinda neutral as far as smoke is concerned. I don't love, but I certainly don't hate him. That being the case....I really wouldn't matter to me either way if they brought him back as human, cyborg, or something completly new. I say I'll go with the majority on this one. However, I will say that I think this is exactly the kind of thing Boon wants to happen. That's why he's being so secretive about Smoke (and Kabal for that matter...I believe he wants to see just what kind of crazy speculations people will come up with and either be impressed by how close they are, or rolling on the floor lauging at the people who couldn't be farther from guessing the truth about Smoke. Good plan on his part. I mean there are already a TON of people dying to see just what the hell Smoke is gonna look/be like....(Yourself included Temp ) Guess we'll just wait.

Listen guys, i swear to god is Boon screws smoke up by making him an elemental i will burn midway's headquarters down. He was not brought into the Mk series to be a pallete swap of blaze. He is half human half robot, not a elemental figure of smoke with no flesh. Smoke has to be either cyborg or human.

You know I thought about that he's keeping it a secret for a reason. And ill agree with you on this ill take Smoke no matter what i dont really care what he is ill always play as Smoke as well as everyone else for that matter.

I like Sektor and Cyrax better, but I guess smoke needs his chance, and he could play a big role in subs story.

I realy dont care if he is cyborg human or elemental as long as he kicks ass.ne way it wont be a real factor on weather or not i would buy the game.But i would prefer human.
