So if Noob and Smoke are 1 character as a team, what about the DA?

I wouldn't be surprised if Midway had the 2 as a non-cannon "single" secret "team" character like Noob Smoke to save time. Think about it:

1. Midway wouldn't need to create a complete MKD moveset for both since their MKDA movesets combined would be more than enough.

2. The 2 are always seen fightning as a team on footage of them.

This may sound like a nightmare for fans of Shang and Quan, but they did it for Noob & Smoke; who's to say they won't have the DA working in unison as well?

Just something to think about.

they my be setting us up for team combat in the future MKs, in the future if it does come through, you have many team

ermac and kenshi, noob and smoke, subzero and frost, barka and miellina if they are still together.

I agree!!! notice the similarities between Jade and Tanya too? Even though they are rivals.. I think they will end up toghether..

ALSO!!! VERY good thread title!!! I gotta say this because I hate those "Sektor is...." or "What if the DA..." threads... just put a quick, but COMPLETE summary of the thread!! I hae when they leave it 1/2 way there

haha, Quan and Shang already betrayed eachother anyway, they're gone, i have faith in NoobSai and Smoke...although since Smoke is supposed to be good it'd make more sense that he wasnt on Noobs team, i'd actually prefer Ermac or Scorp to be with Noob...i dont know...Smoke seems somewhat dissapointing so far

That's true, but I think they also came to the realization the only way to survive is to combine might and fight with each other not against... at least till the dragon king is dead... Hell in the intro even raiden see's the need to side with evil.

The thought had crossed my mind once I saw both the intro and Noob Smoke. It's deffinitely how they should have fought in MKDA, that's for certain. It has it's ups and downs, as a fan I'd kinda just like to see Shang Tsung on his own. Actually I'd just have fun thinking Shang is actually just morphing into Quan Chi. Ha.
(So glad to see decent topic today, I swear it's Noobs-day today)

I'd love to see the DA as a team like Noob Smoke. But I don't think that MK should become a team game, just one or two teams per game would be good. If they continue the team idea, I have a feeling we'll be seeing a Scorpion/Sub-Zero team in the next couple games.
