I know what ur talkin about, it sucks, I worked my ass off and beat all 3 of those kids who were extremely hard to beat, especially the red head, kira, but I beat em all and it OPENS A PORTAL so i walk through the portal.... and u wouldn't believe where i got wisked off to.......... the beginning of netherrealm! omg! If you don't know what i'm talking about, lemme clarify.... i walk thru the portal after beating the 3 kids and i'm expecting to get an SU of Kochal, but I walk through and it puts me walking through the portal that I came to Netherrealm at!
The ONLY thing that was different was that there was a chest in front of the portal this time after u walk through.... when you open it, you unlock KOCHAL... not.... congratulations you have won 1000 onyx koins! it's bullshit don't waste ur time.....

Beating them just opens the portal behind Kabal. It takes u to the beginning portal of the Netherrealm. There will be a new chest with a 1000 onyx koins in it. Nobody knows what that has to do with Kochal.
I think they mean the cliff in the back is Kochal or a monument of him.
I think the bike kick is in Chaosrealm not nether............worth checking anyway. It should be near one of the buildings but its only at certain day and time.

It's just a waste of time. I wonder why they can't just say Koin Challenge?

Perhaps Kochal will appear in the next MK? Remember Ermac once stood for Error: Machine, if I am not mistaken it was a glitch in one of the previous mortal kombats that eventually became a new character.

You're correct. Alot of rumors were going down with MK1 with people claiming they saw a red ninja and the message "Error Macro". Boon or someone on the MK Team took to these rumors and created the actual ninja 'ErMac'. I wouldn't be surprised if some mention of Kochal ended up in the next MK, no matter how insignificant it is in MKD.

Kochal is the 3-headed god (those 3 skulls) behind the portal. That's all Kochal is. He is those 3 skulls. He opens portals for the oni whenever a sorcerer needs help.
It's nothing special.
