Okay, thus far, what we know about Kochal is, that beating Kabal, Kobra, & Kira will supposedly "awaken him", if you punch either the horned Oni or the on e wearing the shoulder pad near D3, they say, "Rrraargh! Kochal will here of this!" and that on a pedastal in the lava between 7 and 10, an unkown fighter can be seen doing battle with Cage.
Since all these things are in the Netherealm, I decided to go a'lookin.
Now the Oni Punchin' got me to thinkin', I noticed there are two heads on pikes facing directly at another lava-pedestal next to Moloch, much like the ones outside the cave you find Meat in. I meditated and saw nothing, but that got me thinking, if the Oni grunts know Kochal, maybe Moloch and Drahmin know more.
After being burped at a few times, I decided to give Moloch a good whack. Instead of blocking and hitting me back like the rest of teh MK characters, to my suprise, he fell over, after which he got up and said something along the lines of, "Is that all you got?" I took him up on his challenge and punched him again, to which he did the same thing, so again, I punched him, and on the 3rd punch, he didn't get back up. He just lied there.
Tried the same on Drahmin, with the same results, 3 punches and he's out.
What this means, I cannot say, I just thought it was weird. Usually all the characters have the same repetetive actions over and over after you've finished their quests, or when you hit them. For example, Shinnok just blocks my blows over and over again. These two however, reacted differently to the third punch.
Again, I don't know what this means, if anything, but since it was yet another weird occurance in the Netherealm, I thought it warranted posting.
