The first time that I saw Sonya Blade with the sticks, I didn't think anything of it until she started to beat the crap out of me Steven Segal style with them. I agree, get rid of the sticks...better yet, get rid of Sonya altogether.

If Sonya is back in MK6 I would like her to use that weapon in MK4. I think it was called the pin wheel. It was cool to me. Those sticks in MK: DA were cool, it is just to me the pin wheel to me seems like a more menaceing weapon.

LOL I like the Segal plug there! I personally liked her sticks in DA. In fact I hated Sonya up until this game. I finally believe that she is useful in terms of story and as a fighter.

I am sorry I didn't realize your name until just a few moments ago. My apologies. Sonya is a good chracter but for me I just want new stuff in the games, meaning that certain characters need to move on and out of the picture. Thats just my preference.

I thought the Kali Sticks were good. I have no idea what she had in MK4, though, so I can't comment on the Pin Wheel.

I reckon a musketeer type sword would go pretty nicely with the formal military dress "whites" she's got as the alternate costume in mkda. I think i'll do a pic and stick it one that fan art forum.

I like her Kali Sticks and found that they fit her well. I can see her beating somebody with them because she has that army look and they utilize every tool to their advantage, even if it is just sticks. She was the first person I beat the game with and it was mostly due to her weapon. I thought the ones in MK4 were bad, they didn't fit her.

I LOVED the Kali sticks! They are so powerful and fast! Deadly weapons. I hope she has them again.

If not, the wheel blade of MK4 was AWESOME! That could be a great weapon for her, just make her use 2, and let them be longer.

i dont know wat a whell blade is, but it might be the weapon my fav. character uses in dynasty warriors 4, sun shaing xiang, if anybody knows that char. is that the whell blade weapons, and round gear looking thing with spikes all around it and wrapped around hands? isnt that something like quan chi has in mk4 on his shoulders in his mk4 outfit or something.

Yeah, at first I thought they sucked and were boring, but after actually playing with them I was very pleased. They are brutal.

ACTUALLY.... if you want to get all technical this thread is perfectly fine here. If you actually read the first few messages in it you will notice that MK Sonya was asking what others thought of her weapon in DA in order to decide what she should have in Deception.
