Still think Reptile is the Dragon king? My theory!

I completed MKDA yesterday again with reptile and well I am not convinced he is the Dragon King as such. (i said that once before on my own site) Yeah i know i proberly sound crazy cause most are 100% sure he is the dragon king. But what i saw at mkda doesnt lead me to beleive it. Unless i was drunk and didnt get a clear at the ending.....

for example:
“The Tiny dragon stretched and the egg cracked. A beam of energy ripped out from inside and lanced into reptile. His World was filled with a roaring power as his body was twisted and transformed” quoted from Reptiles MKDA ending. But Does this make Reptile the Dragon King?

Its clear that the Dragon is seperate entity and could be transforming reptile. Into what? perhaps the new Sub Boss.

Get it through your head. Boone(creator of MK) said Reptile is the DK.

Ok the beam of energy lances in to reptile he twists and transforms as he grows more powerful how he is not the DK i mean you gotta stupid to post his ending and then go on to say it dosen't make sense that reptile is the DK when boon has said that he is in fact the DK as if his ending wasn't proof enough i can't for this game to come out so i laugh at everyone who says the DK is Shao Kahn

Finally there is a smart person on this board who actually listens. Shao Kahn I prey is never the boss again. Maybe a fighter but not a boss. We needed a new boss even if it was a fighter in previous.

1.Shang Tsung- boss in MK1 and MKDA
2. Shao Kahn- boss in MK2, MK3, UMK3 and MKT
3.Shinnok- boss in MK Mythologies Sub-Zero and MK4

We needed a new boss and accept or not Reptile is the DK.

Im confused.

Is it reptiles DESTINY that he would become the dragon king? does it have anything to do with him being reptile, or could it be like Johhny cage for example who just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and HE got transformed into the dragon king?

I guess what i am trying to say is, is it the SPIRIT of the Dragon King INSIDE Reptiles body, meaning the soul of the DK has assumed itself in the form of Reptile using reptiles body as a host, or...............

Is it that Reptile somehow DIED in the process of this transformation, and the Dragon King has used Reptiles living body to RESURRECT himself?

Because, reptile was not a LARGE character, he was average, and the DK looks to be HUGE!
This doesn't mean they can't have Reptile the ninja because A: He's part of a species storywise making possibility for a NEW Reptile and B: They can resurrect whoever the hell they want.

If you have seen one of the pics from the Krypt you would learn that Reptile is the last of the Rapture speicies. So I douby that they will have a nija reptile ever again

Fight Night 2002 transcript says it all I think. I think someone on the MK team said that, Reptile is become Dragon King or Dragon King has taken overReptile body for a hostsomething of like that.

edit: The MK team members of MK: DA and MK: D has this to say at 2002 Fight Night "[22:25] Reptile's ending has him being ripped apart and reformed as the Dragon King. I'm sure that when he returns, he will be bigger and badder than ever.Note down further the MK team is really pushing the idea and hinting that Reptile are going to have a big tie in". Of course anything could have changed or will be changed in terms of storyline since that day in 2002. -_-

Okay,let's just settle this fact like gentle men.most people say reptile is the dk less people say he isn't.well I'll say, isn't obvious if you had mk:da and watched reptile's ending you'll know that he became one with the dragonking.The only reason why people is babbling their mouths is because most of you are reptile's fan and don't want too see him out of the game or want too see the dk's potential.Let's say the only way reptile didn't became one with the dk is only if ed boon pretend the story from reptile ending didn't happen, so kill all these threads refering to :reptile is not the dk, or he is the dk and lets talk about how reptile will get his revenge or get back his family since he fused with the dk.

I agree with you 99.9%. I believe that the people who are denying it are die hard fans of Reptile and they dont want to see him like this. I myself also like Reptile and also that I am glad he is getting pushed as a fighter.

The Dragon King is someone we've never seen; read the profecy abt. it and u'll understand!!!

Reptile or Liu Kang could either be the LAST GREAT DRAGON (Liu Kang for his animality birth; and Reptile for a possible transformation) - but not the DRAGON KING!!!

Looks similar to Shao Kahn but with wings and a weirder helmet (not like a dragon though)

Reptile body was transformed and the DragonKing lives in this new body... wich id Reptile's body...
Reptiles soul... who knows! Maybe ShangTsung got it...

Is it so hard to understand?

I'm a die hard fan of Reptile and i still believe that he is the DK based on his and Raidens MK:DA endings and the ed boon transcript from fright night 2002 it could reptile is the DK or it could be the DKs soul just using reptiles body either way its not Shoa Kahn. If its anyone other then Reptile its Mokap. haha

Boon never confirmed Reptile being the Dragon King. He said nothing of the sort so get your facts straight before you try to talk about shit like you know something.
