Dairou is broke in my opinion.. and i know everyone will start 2 use dairou in tourny's.. he will b the most used character.
I f not the character ,that one move should b banned in tourny's... i have been playing many games seriously such as Tekken 4 SC2 and VF4EVO and i kno when something is broken.
i have entered many tourny's such as EVO 2004. I have lots of expierence with 3d fighting games. Im not saying im great at MKD and im sure i am not. I have alot to learn and so does everyone else. This game has not even been out for a month yet.
I would like to see someone who can consistantly beat a good Dairou.

hey stryder. ya we played before bro, your defintly good, and looking forward to playing with you more. again though people, even if someone isnt complaing about a character, then their complaing about a move being done over and over.....how is that bad? if anything, i believe that goes to your advantage, because if someone uses the same move over and over, they become predictable and a lot easier to defeat. and it will come to the point when they cant use the same move on you because they know you know its coming and how to defend it....which then results in that player to quit playing you becauase u figured him/her out. again, no matter who someone picks, or what move they use, its all about using your strategy skills and to overcome an opposing player's strategy. this game is just like chess, same idea, except your punching and kicking in strategic ways to win the match. -fatalizm

I haven't played you yet but I've only played one person who picked Diarou and they were a cheap little bitch. I'm not saying you are cause the reply above me says you're good and I'll take your word for it but I mean I know the way to be cheap with Darrius, all you have to do is his low punch special move over and over and when they start to block that throw 'em. I never used him like that online cause I like to play the way Mortal Kombat was meant to be played from the beginning. But there are people out there who have no respect for the way Mortal Kombat is supposed to be played and they're arrigant asshole's haha. Just tell people that you pick Diarou and you're not a cheap ass whit him, you play honest.

FATALIZM: i played u yesterday and i wanted you to use another character other then Dairou.... I wanted you to show me how to beat Dairou consistantly with a character other then Dairou, while i would use Dairou.. obviously you play a better Dairou then me.. lol i didnt even kno how to do that teleport move... but anyways i want to see how u would beat a Dairou with someone else.. i need to know.. i caught some of it when i played you because you would often guess right when i would do that ground stomp move. After that you would punish with a move of ur own. But with Dairous tools i was thrown off not knowing what to do even though i was also Dairou.

whats so cheap about dairou.... i know a lot of people hate him because he looks like a fag and looks like he would suck... thats wat i used to think until i trained with him and learned his crazy awesome special moves and fighting styles... now he is my 2nd fav character..

If people are gonna bitch about how someone is playing, go play another damn game. Throws are part of the game, deal with it, learn to avoid them, or play something else. If someone does the same move over and over should be easy to get around then, right?
The whole online MK community seems to be full of scrubs. You go to a real tourney like EVO, you never hear the top players crying about stuff thats in the game. The programmers, as sucky as they were for this game in particular, put throws in the game to be used. Quit crying about them. Low moves are in the game to be used.
All you scrubs want to just hold the block button and be invincible, doesn't work that way morons.

i do, but at the same time most of the "good" players or i should say top ranked players unplug, and i can go on about them... anyone i've seen on these cheat and unplug lists on here i stay away from. i've been ranked up to 48. i don't really care about rank since you don't get your wins vs way more then half of the good higher ranked players because they're cheating faggots.
i usually just play people with winning records, reguardless of rank...
if i were to start playing for rank again i'd just be gay like most of these bitches and find the most broken cheesiest shit in the game and goto town, cake... i rotate through about 16 characters when i play, it keeps it fun for me, there's no way i can do that if i want to play for rank again on my main name, doubt it though
i have a 59-11 name that was ranked 133 when i went to bed last night, can easily make it top 50 here in a couple hours if i wanted to. but again, i don't have fun doing it, and i hate playing the unpluggers and cheaters that i have to play to get to it, i haven't played a game on that name in over a week because of how bad it's getting
