Hey, did you guys read the news on the first page? At the bottom of the article there is an update that says Midway has said that this info was on a very outdated production page or something like that so it is unreliable. I wouldn't worry yet.

I know but i'm saying if she is in it along with Liu Kang, I wouldn't mind.

Personally I wouldn't mind Tanya, She could be cool with original fighting styles and fatalities. As well a cool new look. I think she could work. As well as some of the other MK4 discards.

Tanya sounds like she could be cool. I have a good feeling that she will be in the game. I just want Sonya back really bad mor ethen her though. Sonya was the best in Mk:Da so she has to come back.

I agree. Why do people just immediately hate Tanya? So she wore yellow, and fought like Kitana because she was basically just changed at the end? I seriously doubt Tanya will be another clone in Deception (if she's in).

Who says Tanya's not a psychopath killing every female character, explaining why Kitana and Sonya are in. What makes Sonya and Kitana better than Tanya?

Still, two very respectable/reliable users at this site have pretty much stated that the majority of the information was true.

Anyway, I hate Tanya, but only because I found her character design to be very boring. I could care less if her moves are ripped off or not. There was just nothing interesting about her to me.

I realize this, I was just pointing out what was said by Midway, didn't mean to tick anyone off, and I am not at all trying to discredit anyone...still in the update they did say it wasn't supposed to be leaked to the media so maybe they are just saying it is unreliable to throw people off, So Tanya could very well be in the game, but then again she could not be so I was just saying not to flip over it. lol i use kitana all the time in mk:da i love all her moves the only thing she needs is a few more special moves and a better fatality .
but tanya sounds cool they should give her a egyption look like from "the mummy returns" anyone remember that fight with the 2 women ?

And I get why you defend the people who already supplied this info way before it came in the form of this article. They are very reliable sources as you said.

So, if Tanya returns, do you think that she will be at the right side of Dragon King?
On a side note, they said that Lui Kang's spirit will return, if he's on the roster, how do you think his spectral form affect combat?

Well I don't know about Liu. But I think it would be cool to see a redemption thing for Tanya? Maybe she's sorry she betrayed Kitana and Edenia, and wants to make up for it? On the other hand this game seems more geared toward the evil characters of the MK World, no? It doesn't look like a lot of the good earth warriors are returning so they have to have some people to represent good right? So far we've got: Nightwolf, Kabal (still good?) Sub Zero (still good?) Sindel (unless she's evil again) Kenshi, also I'm gonna assume Ashrah is good, so is that it for good guys? I can't shake the feeling I'm forgeting someone. So maybe the Tanya redemption route isn't such an off the wall idea? *edit* Bo Rai Cho! That's who I forgot, that's even if he's a playable character.
