This game would be the best if they could add team fatalities. Every character could have a buddy in the game that helped them finish off another player. Iknow it would be too much for the mk staff to handle but I can dream. And I don't mean tag teams. one on one fighting with a friend as an ace in the hole. I would be great. what do you all think?

This is an old idea and there have been several threads on it. It's a good idea but one we may not see. Character alliances are in the game and so this would a a good feature to incorporate that. However, how do they make it look real, as in the partner doesn't just appear out of nowhere to attack.
Maybe, they could appear at the beginning of the second round or there could be an option to turn this feature on and off. Perhaps the partner could watch the match and maybe even interefere a little by attacking the opponent when they get close or throwing projectiles or even assisting their partner. At the end of the round, you call your partner and then do the Fatality.

Its a good idea, and i can imagine some great ideas of fatalities that character teams can pull off. However, apart from being a cool idea, IMO i dont think it really fits fell in the MK universe. To me, it matches more of marvel vs capcom.

Good to hear other peoples thoughts on this matter. I would think that the partner would come in,when you got done inputting your fatality. The screen would go dark, then your partner would come in kind of like he or she was watching from the side lines. I would not want them to come in during the battle. That is too much like MVC. However I don't think having a team do a fatality is like marvel vs capcom. There has been team modes before. But it has been a one on one team battle. I think it would fit into the mk world just fine. Im not saying your thoughts are not good just different from mine. Cool ideas keep them coming.

Yes that's me. Sorry you feel that way. Hey everyone has different feelings on the subject. I am just glad to have more than one fatality per character. And if they threw a team fatality in the mix. I would use the heck out of them. Not too many like the idea. Or maybe it's been brought up one too many times. See before I jumped online, my buddy told me there were team fatality moves. Now that I have been here for a while. I know he is pulling my leg. It was a let down. see you all later DSB

I can just see it now. two ninja's kreeping up on a helpless character. and pulling off a team fatality. I love the smell of blood in the morning.
The thing I don't like about it is that it would be stupid if some character would just 'pop' up out of nowhere. It wouldn't really make sense that he/she would be in the arena.
I like the idea of 2 characters finishing 1 off, but only if it makes logical sense of how the 'guest' character appeared.

Its an alright idead but it wont feel right, it wont seem like mortal kombat. When i imagine team fatalities i think about "rival schools" or something like that when 2 people would beat up the other as a speacial move. So i dont think it would be a good idea to have them in MKD.
