The boss of MK6 should be King Jerrod (intro inside)

During the intro of MK6 it could show a flashback of Shao Kahn leading an assault against King jerrod's kingdom. Jerrod, adorned in Edenia armor, is shown battling the invaders. King Jerrod, an extremely powerful and skilled magic knight almost defeats khan, noob, tsung, goro and the other outworlders in an epic battle. However, as more of Khan's reinforcments arrive through outworld portals, he becomes overwhelmed. Khan leads a final assault on Jerrod's palace and slays the mighty king in a decisive duel. Edenia now belongs to Shao Khan. Fast forward to the present. In hopes of attaining a powerful ally, the Dragon King is seen chanting an ancient and powerful incantation that ressurects the once proud Edenian king. But DK soon discovers that Jerrod is too strong for even him to control. Jerrod kills the Dragon King in a fit of rage as he remembers what has happened to his once glorious kingdom. The fallen king now sets his eyes on conquering Earth to rebuild it as his new Edenia.

I can't tell you how much I almost died everytime I read ''Khan'' in that post.
It's Shao KAHN, not Shao Khan. Get it DAMN right.

Anyway, this is a rather bad idea. They just introduced the Dragon King, who seems to have great boss potential, why destroy him all of a sudden, just like that? Besides, Edenia exists by itself and is no longer part of Outworld. Why would Jerod want to go out and become the bad guy instead of going back to his realm to rule it peacefully like he always has? I'm sure Kitana would embrace him.
Overal, this idea gets a 2/100 .

Because Jerrod wants revenge and has been pissed off for over a millenium. His persona has been stained with evil after all those years.

No, his soul hasn't been stained by evil.
If he wanted revenge, it would be agaisn't Kahn and not agaisn't his own FRIGGIN daughter and the rest of the universe.

i dont like this idea because it doesn't make sense

Jerrod serves a greater purpose being dead

beside...what would make him such a great warrior? kahn was able to kill him! i remeber hearing that he was more passive

while Outworld is a war state....Edenia seems kinda peaceful

no, you fool, Jerrod shouldn't be the boss of MK6... It should be Robert Downey Jr... He hasn't been the same since ally mcBeal, and now he's on the warpath. Mad because kitana hasn't called him in a while, and being that he hasn't drank hard liquor in over 3 days, he sets his sight on conquering the Alamo.

why would the greatest evil thats the reason everyone is in this mess be crappy?

without the DK outworld wouldn't exist..he was the first to conquer realms...he's stronger than Shao Kahn

the DK will mostly likely be the best boss due to his history and power and the fact that he is reptile

Okay let us see. Kahn beat Jerrod. The Dragon King is as strong or stronger then Kahn. So logically Jerrod Can't beat the dragon king.

Also, why would Boon and Company waste an entire game making references to the Dragon King, and then decide to kill him off in the opening cinema of MK6?

And besides, The DK is Reptile. Are you telling me that Boon would allow a fan favorite, who's been going through a sort of evolution (secret character-normal warrior-unlockable fighter-Ultimate evil) scince MK1 to be killed by a character mentioned just once or twice in the entire storyline?

Also, it in the storyline that the reason Edenia was taken over was because they lost 10 Mortal Kombats in a row, if I remeber correctly.

how can you compare the dragon king and shinnok, thats liek saying just wait and see, arnold Schwarzenegger(yes that is how you spell it) will turn into peewee herman, the dragon king is huge, have you seen his picture bfore, if not check out raidens ending in mkda, hes one of the guyz in the clouds.
